About Us

Brightstar Computer began with a single standalone store in Plaza Imbi in 2010. The store was founded by two young entrepreneurs, Franky How and Sim Jian. During the initial stage, Brightstar Computer had only four employees.

Fast forward to 2019: under the leadership of Franky and Sim, Brightstar Computer has moved its only headquarters to Plaza Low Yat. Since then, Brightstar Computer has grown and expanded to more than 10 outlets, including stores based in Plaza Low Yat, IOI City Mall, and Mesa Mall, with more than 100 employees working.

Brightstar Computer has become one of the leading IT concept stores in KL. IT stores stock a wide range of IT products and hardware, including notebooks, custom PCs, and monitors, as well as accessories, PC components, and gaming equipment.

Brightstar Computer has been working with various reputable IT brands and has also received numerous awards and recognitions from partners such as AMD, Acer, Asus, Dell, Gigabyte, Lenovo, MSI, Microsoft, Thermaltake, and Taiwan Excellence.
